Our partnership with DESIGN GROUP (formerly Pro-Komp) has been ongoing since 2014. It involves carrying out promotional campaigns for the ASICS brand (production and installation of display windows, in-store elements, stands, and spatial elements), as well as implementing related projects. We care for the environment
by using certified printing inks.
Design Group guarantees that it uses only genuine ink cartridges, which ensures that we, as a company, and our partners can be confident in the quality and compliance with the standards set by the manufacturer. The printing technology used makes the prints suitable for use in schools, hospitals, and public places.
Inks without VCL
VCL (N-vinyl caprolactam) is a chemical compound that has traditionally been used in inks. Most ink manufacturers plan to replace VCL with safer components. UVgel ink does not use VCL at all.
HAP Substances
HAPs (Hazardous Air Pollutants) is a collective term for a group of 187 specific substances with toxic effects. TNO conducted extensive testing of initial emissions from the UVgel printing process and from prints produced using this technology. It was determined that neither the printer nor the printed materials emit any HAPs.
Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) are found in carbon-based inks. These compounds can easily evaporate during the printing process. UVgel is an ink technology that meets the most stringent standards for emissions of these compounds and contains virtually no volatile organic compounds (VOCs).
